This year was the eighth edition of the Belluard Creation Contest, open to all form, methods and people. 640 projects from 52 countries were submitted and examined with great attention and interest.
The jury selected three projects to be produced and presented during the festival: Burnt-Back, a documentary film from Fernando Frias (Mexico), Lenas Gespenster, a installation by bankleer (Berlin) and Public Display of Affection, an installation by Manuel Saiz (London). The first two projects were produced by the Belluard and will be presented during this edition. Burnt-Back and Lenas Gespenster were produced thanks to a cultural incentive from the Canton of Fribourg  and the support of Fondation Nestle pour l'Art.
