Conflict Kitchen is a take-out restaurant in Pittsburgh that only serves cuisine from countries that the United States is in conflict with, augmented by events, skype diners, performances, and discussion about the culture, politics, and issues at stake with each country. The Belluard Festival invites its audience to have diner with the Conflict Kitchen founders and their Iranian and Afghan collaborators, all meeting for the first time ‘live’ in Fribourg.
