One artist invited to the Belluard festival 2010 is a phantom, a myth... We don’t know who or what he or she is, neither what he/ she will do. That it will be spectacular, the Anonymous promised us. And that who ever finds his/ her identity before the end of the festival, receives half of the artistic fee as a reward. Keep your eyes and ears open!
