Antoine returns to the south of France to find an old house to move into. One afternoon in August, as he is leaving the Cavaillon train station, Antoine encounters a solitary tourist behind the wheel of a camping-car. He is desperately looking for a gas station. Antoine agrees to help him find it, but both men break down in the middle of nowhere, they are out of gas. It�s the beginning of their wandering. Antoine and Jacques get acquainted and become friends. Catherine, a young woman on the run, moves into the camping-car and thus forces them to continue their trek. Nils De Coster�s first feature film shows the improbable convergence of three characters, each with their own motivation, in that atmosphere comparable to the filler scenes in pornographic films.
