Matto Kmpf

Bern

In the seventies, an experimental zoo briefly opened in California. The animals were free to roam among the visitors. The zoo was closed when the authorities learned taht hippies had grilled gazelles during an Uriah Heep concert.
Apart from Billi der Bueb, the young Swiss director, writer and producer Matto Kmpf presents a short program in the DC-9. He showcases short stories and excerpts from his theater pieces. Primarily stories about murders and animals, they are told with often-dark humor and modesty.
With Andreas Debatin, Matto Kmpf, Nils Torpus and the Zorros (Olifr Maurmann, Patrick Abt & Beatman). With the support of Pro Helvetia, the Swiss Council for the Arts.
